Changes: Version1.1.90 is a complete overhaul of the apps underlying framework in preparation for future features that are on the roadmap. We know that the initial release of this version has created issues for some users that were not experiencing issues with the previous version. We will continue to work to fix issues on modern devices as we prepare the app for the future enhancements.

NEW Dumbbell Exercises !!!
Jeff decided to kick it up a notch, the updated shuffle logic incorporates revised settings that will definitely increase the intensity and will keep the level of effort consistent with the effort level selected during a shuffle.
No Equipment exercises are now called Body Weight exercises.
Minor updates to some screens.
Note: Android versions < 5 will receive install old version of app that does not include recent updates.
